Sanjana Sanghi is born on 2 September 1996 in Delhi. She studied at Modern School, Delhi. Sanjana has been a brilliant student and even got an appreciation letter from the then HRD minister, Smriti Irani after her excellent academic performance in XII boards. She completed her degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Lady Shri Ram College For Women, New Delhi.
At the age of 14, Sanjana Sanghi made her acting debut with the blockbuster Bollywood movie “Rockstar,” which also starred Ranbir Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri. She played the character- Mandy, Nargis Fakhri's sister, alongside protagonist Ranbir Kapoor.
After her debut movie, she started getting modelling offers. Sanjana Sanghi has done television commercials for various popular brands like Coca-Cola, Cadbury, Myntra, Aircel, Dabur, Tanishq, etc.
In 2017 she appeared in Hindi Medium (2017) young Mita whose adult version was played by Saba Qamar, same year she appealed in Fukrey Returns (2017) as Katty.
Sanjana Sanghi's upcoming movie Dil Bechara is an adaption of Hollywood hit 'The Fault in Our Stars' opposite Sushant Singh Rajput.
The movie is directed by Mukesh Chhabra and Produced and Presented by Fox Star Studios.
Lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya and Music composed by AR Rahman.
Earlier the movie was titled as Kizie aur Manny which was later officially changed to "Dil Bechara".
